We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at Noelescobar234@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send items back without first receiving return authorization and a shipping address from us, as return destinations vary by product.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or supplier restrictions. This will be communicated to you during the return authorization process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
